[Server-side tracking for Shopify, WooCommerce and funnels]
The sales your pixel missed.
Back in your ad manager, counted once.
LatchTrack sends your sales to Meta, Google, TikTok and 4 more platforms from your server. Each platform gets each sale once: from your server, or from the app you already run, never both.

Your store says 100. Ads Manager says 61.
Put your store's orders next to Ads Manager's purchases. Same 30 days. That's your gap.
Ads Manager misses 39 of your 100 orders.
Your ads learn only from the 61 it saw.
Type your own two numbers to replace the example.
In your trial, Overview puts your store's orders next to the purchases each platform received.

Where a gap usually comes from
- Orders that never came from an adAds Manager only counts purchases it credits to an ad. Sales from email, search or direct visits mostly don't show there, so part of every gap is normal.
- Ad blockersThey stop the pixel before it loads, so the purchase never leaves the browser.
- Safari's cookie limitsSafari caps cookies set by scripts at 7 days, so a buyer who comes back later looks new.
- iDEAL and wallet redirectsThe buyer pays at the bank or in the wallet and never returns to the thank-you page.
- Closed tabsPaid, then gone before the page that fires the pixel has loaded.
- Thank-you page refreshesEach reload fires the pixel again, and one sale counts twice.

7 platforms from one place
Connect the ones you advertise on. Each gets the events it can use, from page view to purchase, with the value always set.
Counted once
Each platform gets each event from one sender: your server, or the app you already run. You see “Counted twice” for every platform, and it should read 0.
Alerts when tracking breaks
A destination goes quiet, a token is refused, match quality drops: you get an email with the one thing to do.
Consent first
LatchTrack reads your cookie banner. A visitor who declines gets nothing sent to your ad platforms, and you see what consent held back.
Ask LatchTrack
Questions about your numbers, answered 24/7 in the dashboard, and in Claude and ChatGPT too.

LatchTrack attributes your store's orders, last click within 7 days. Each platform counts its own way, so the two differ. Both are shown.
Meta's ROAS fell from 4.5 to 3.4. Spend on “Autumn retargeting” rose from €35 to €75, while purchases stayed flat: 10 in the 7 days before, 10 in the last 7. Nothing broke: every purchase with consent reached Meta, match quality 8.7.

How I got this
- Spend per campaign from Meta, for both periods

The first row is one month's bill at your order count, paying monthly: the base plus extra orders, whatever the switch above shows.
WeTracked sells its plans by monthly orders, so the row shows the plan sized for yours. Past a plan's limit it adds extra charges that its public pricing page does not list, so they are not in this table.
TrackBee prices by tracked revenue: the row assumes an average order of €50, as an example. At a higher average order TrackBee costs more, at a lower one less. Its AI assistant is an add-on at €19.99 a month; LatchTrack's is in every plan.
Prices as each publishes them, in its own currency. LatchTrack's prices exclude VAT.

Where they're better
- Several stores on one plan. WeTracked fits 3, 5, or 10 stores in a plan, TrackBee 2, 4, or 6. LatchTrack bills each store on its own, so with several small stores they can cost less in total.
- WeTracked connects more checkout tools, such as Checkify, BetterCart, UnifyCheckout, Sticky.io, and EUCheckout.
- WeTracked already lists Microsoft Ads, X, Reddit, and Taboola. LatchTrack adds them once each platform gives us API access.
- WeTracked's app also sends to ChatGPT Ads, which LatchTrack does not.
- TrackBee's trial is longer: 30 days, without a card.

Reviews appear here once merchants have written them, each with its platform, score and date. Not before.
Questions before you switch.
Straight answers, with the limits in them.
No. Install the Shopify app or the WooCommerce plugin, or connect your funnel. Paste a token or click Connect for each platform, then send a test event. No Tag Manager and no code in your theme.
Both send to Meta only. Meta's one-click Conversions API is free and hosted by Meta, covers web events and lets you set nothing, and WooCommerce still needs a plugin for it. Neither tells you when it stops. LatchTrack sends to 7 platforms from one place, covers the full funnel and WooCommerce, and emails you when anything breaks. Keep Meta's app if you like: switch on “Another app already sends purchases” and nothing counts twice.
Pixels run in the browser, so ad blockers, Safari, payment redirects and closed tabs lose purchases, and a refreshed thank-you page counts one twice. LatchTrack sends the purchase from your server once the order is paid. Server-side Tag Manager can do that too, but you build and host a container and its tags yourself, or pay an agency to. LatchTrack has no container and no tags: install and connect.
For purchases, yes: the order is sent from your server once it's paid, so an ad blocker or Safari's cookie limits in the browser don't stop it. Events before checkout still start in the browser, so a blocker can stop some of those. And no honest tool sends anything for a visitor who declined cookies.
LatchTrack reads your cookie banner: Shopify's Customer Privacy API, Cookiebot, CookieYes and others. A visitor who declines gets nothing sent to your ad platforms. When there's no signal at all, events go out as with consent, and you can set a store to hold them instead. Your banner stays your responsibility; the dashboard shows what consent held back.
No. Each platform gets each purchase from one sender. If another app already sends purchases to a platform, switch on “Another app already sends purchases” and LatchTrack leaves that platform's purchases to it. Where a browser event carries our event id, on WooCommerce and LatchPay, the platform keeps one; Google Ads and GA4 recognise a repeat by the order's transaction id. You see “Counted twice” for every platform, and it should read 0.
No. LatchTrack sends to your own ad accounts through each platform's official API and changes nothing in your campaigns. Each platform gets each event from one sender, so nothing counts twice: if another app already sends purchases to a platform, switch on “Another app already sends purchases” for it.
Stores: Shopify and WooCommerce, plus funnels on Funnelish, CheckoutChamp or LatchPay. Platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Klaviyo. Microsoft Advertising, Reddit, X, and Taboola follow once each platform gives us API access.
You pay per store, by that store's orders. Each store has its own plan, and orders are never added up across stores. Every store pays on latchtrack.io through Stripe, in euros excl. VAT, Shopify stores included. If you run several small stores, a tool that puts several stores on one plan can cost less, so compare the totals. An order counts once, when its paid purchase reaches LatchTrack. Test orders don't count, and one order sent to 7 platforms is still one.
In one click, under Billing, for each store on its own: Shopify stores too. Tracking runs to the end of the month or year you paid for, and nothing is charged after it. Your other stores keep running. Uninstalling removes the web pixel, the theme embed or the plugin's scripts, so your store is as it was.
